I have the great honor and pleasure of being a co-founder, co-producer, and the music coordinator and arranger for Broadway Belts for PFF!. This is an annual fundraiser for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation on behalf of Michael Kuchwara, who was for twenty-five years the theater critic for the Associated Press, much beloved and respected by the entire Broadway community, and by whom I was priviledged to be called a friend.
Since the event's inception in 2011, we have annually gathered some of Broadway's most extraordinary talent, both renowned and upcoming, to perform the sort of roof-rattling numbers that Kuch so loved. And every year it is an incomparable joy to work with these folks and for this cause.
The performers and repertoire I've had the pleasure to work with run the full gamut of the Broadway world.
